Choosing a Postgres distribution¶
EDB Postgres Distributedは、 PostgeSQL、 EDB Postgres Extended Server、またはEDB Postgres Advanced Serverの3つの異なるPostgresディストリビューションで展開できます。使用可能なEDB Postgres Distributed機能は、使用するPostgresディストリビューションによって異なります。したがって、ビジネスニーズに最適なPostgresディストリビューションを採用することが不可欠です。たとえば、「Commit At Most Once （CAMO）」機能があることがユースケースにとってミッションクリティカルである場合、オープンソースのPostgreSQLはCAMOの処理に必要なコア機能を備えていないため、採用しないでください。
