Installing EDB Postgres Extended Server on RHEL 7 or OL 7 x86_64

前提条件

インストールプロセスを開始する前に：

• リポジトリをセットアップする

リポジトリのセットアップは1回限りのタスクです。リポジトリをすでに設定している場合、この手順を実行する必要はありません。

リポジトリをセットアップするには、

EDB repositories に移動し、そこに記載されている指示に従います。

• EPELリポジトリをインストールします

sudo yum -y install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm

• 追加のリポジトリを有効にして依存関係を解決します

subscription-manager repos --enable "rhel-*-optional-rpms" --enable "rhel-*-extras-rpms"  --enable "rhel-ha-for-rhel-*-server-rpms"

パッケージをインストールする

sudo yum -y install edb-postgresextended<xx>-server edb-postgresextended<xx>-contrib

<xx> は、インストールするEDB Postgres Extended Serverのバージョンです。たとえば、バージョン15をインストールする場合、パッケージ名はedb-postgresextended15-server edb-postgresextended15-contribになります。
