Single-user mode

TDEを有効にしてシングルユーザーモードで `postgres <https://www.postgresql.org/docs/15/app-postgres.html>`_ を呼び出すと、
``postgres`` コマンドは次のいずれかを読み取ります。

-  ``PGDATAKEYUNWRAPCMD`` 環境変数設定されている場合

-  ``postgresql.conf``
   ファイルの\ ``data_encryption_key_unwrap_command`` 値
